LaCorteSconta B&B is a floating villa located in a modern residential area,
a few minutes away from Amsterdam Central Station by tram (line 26, Steigerieiland stop).

my private area is on the first floor.

on the ground floor, there are:
the main entrance, the access to the guest area, and the common area in a separate area so guests don't have to go through the common spaces to go in/out, only if they want to!

LaCorteSconta B&B is located on the IJ lake, a swimming lake!

No Reception
​
​
​Check-in time is from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Check-out is until 10 am.
​
specify always the time of your arrival, please.

​Early or Late Check-In
​

We don’t have a 24/7 reception:
the check-in time is from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
​
But don't worry! We are always very flexible if you inform us at least one day in advance.
​
If you need to arrive before 14:00:
you may only leave your luggage and take the key.
​
If you arrive after 16:00:
we are always ready to welcome you.
just inform us about your new arrival time up to 24 hours in advance.
at late night, self-check-in is possible using the security box with the code number.

If you do not notify the delay, after 19:00:
we may apply an additional fee
after midnight, the reservation will be expired.

​​Children - Extra Bed
​
​
all children are welcome
guests that are staying with children, need to inform the B&B about their age
​
BABY COT is available only in the "junior suite" or "family room"
and it's fit up to 3 years old:
​
-all children under 3 years:
may stay free of charge in the same double bed
may use the baby cot for 10€ per night
the maximum number of baby cots in a room is one.

EXTRA BED is available only in the "junior suite" or "family room":
​
-all children up 6 years:
may use the extra bed for 15€ per night
the maximum number of extra beds in a room is one.
​
-all guests over 7 years:
may use the extra bed for 15€ per night
the maximum number of extra beds in a room is one.
The extra bed is intended as an extra service with an unchanged number of people or rate.
According to the law in force in Amsterdam, all children are considered adults in relation to the number of people.

Common Bathrooms

​are located in the "Guest Area" and, with the three rooms, complete floor.
the toilet and full bathroom are separate for easier sharing use.
THE TOILET

-is shared between the three rooms.
-the guests of the "Family Room" have exclusive and private use of the toilet.

please use toilet paper in moderation.

FULL BATHROOM

-is shared between the three rooms.

-the full bathroom consists of:
double sink
shower
bathtub
laundry corner
-are available to all our guests:
shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel,
shower cap and hairdryer
first aid kit, needle and thread, ear plugs,
baby bathtub, baby products and toys to play in the tub
contact lens products, and many other useful products.

The Full Bathroom is shared with me only in exceptional cases and in the case of the use of the laundry corner.
Common bathrooms are cleaned daily but please use them with respect for any other guests.

is available on request for 15€ per day until checking out.

how does it work?

Domestic Pets
​​
pets are welcome with an extra fee.
please inform us, during the booking or at least before arrival, about the presence of a pet and its size.
in case of damage to things or people, compensation may be requested.
in case of need for extra cleaning, due to the stay of a pet, additional costs may be required.

if there are allergic guests, the pet's owner must strictly comply with all the instructions to avoid problems for them.
the B&B reserves the right to deny access to a pet if this could compromise the health of another guest.
