Floating-Villa in the most innovative district of Amsterdam.
LaCorteSconta B&B is located in a brand-new area just a few minutes by tram from Amsterdam Central Station.
The B&B is a 3-storey houseboat moored in Lake IJ, a beautiful lake where bathing or ice skating in winter is allowed!

- The 1st floor is where I live with my two children, it is my private area.
​
- On the ground floor there is the main entrance, with the common area that includes the common kitchen and the breakfast area.
​
- Floor -1, is our Guest Area:
​
it consists of three separate rooms of different sizes,
a laundry corner, toilet and a full bathroom.
​
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and coffee corner and, only in the larger room, there's also a fridge and sink.
All rooms are equipped with sheets, duvets and pillows as well as towels that can also be changed, on request, during the stay.
​
The bathroom (equipped with shower, tube and double sink) and toilet are shared between the room, according to the traditional philosophy of coexistence and respect that belongs to the B&B concept itself
​
Breakfast will be personalized, on request, according to your intolerances or food preferences (vegan, gluten or lactose-free).
Guests can relax in this new neighborhood after a full day in the city and its attractions. Here you will be surrounded by water and green spaces where you can recharge after a busy day in the crowded and touristic city center.

friends or a parent with a child.
This room has a flat-screen TV and a coffee corner.
Like all other rooms, the foundation is floating below the water level.
The windows on three sides give you the feeling of floating with swans.
it is our largest double room. Coffe corner with small fridge and sink. It's equipped with a small coffee table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a computer. The room is suitable to accommodate a cot or an extra single bed. Perfect for a long stay or if you don't want to share the same double bed. The best solution is if you want to organize a special surprise for your partner or family in a wonderful houseboat.
it's our discounted solution for families or groups. It's the perfect solution for groups of more than two people who prefer autonomy and privacy and do not want to share their spaces with other guests. It fits a maximum of 2 double beds, 1 french bed, 1 single sofa bed or a cot. The toilet will be for your private use. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower, a double sink, and a laundry corner. The Family Room's access is semi-independent, which means that you don't have to go through either the common or private area so as to always have maximum privacy at all hours.

Connections: close to the city center (a few minutes by tram to central station) and easy access to all the main attractions of the city (City center \ Museumplein \ Zoo.. ) and the surrounding areas (Muiden \ Zaanse Schans \Volendam \Marken..)

Use of the bike: the best starting point to visit the city center and get lost among the many parks of Amsterdam. Tram 26 is one of the few trams in the city that will allow you to enter with bicycles. You may reach central station and many other destinations through regional trains. We offer a bicycle rental service for a fee, alternatively, there are many options to rent a bike.

Parking: private parking at 15€ per day or public parking at 21€\day or alternatively the cheapest car park P+R Zeeburg.
Parking lot free on the street between 19:00 and 9:00 and on Sundays.

Breakfast: fresh breakfast every morning with flexible hours, room service or take away service. Breakfast may be personally customized according to allergies or food preferences.
